ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to the Agency Transmittal Form filed March 22,
2001. Petitioner filed a request for a contested case hearing regarding Respondent OCRM's denial of Petitioner's request
to construct a private dock at Lot 18-A, Middle Street on Sullivan's Island, Charleston County, South Carolina. By letter
dated December 18, 2001, counsel for Petitioner indicated Petitioner wished to withdraw his request for a hearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Thursday, January 10, 2002, is cancelled and this case is
dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
