ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to a protest
made of William L. Willis' application of a beer and wine permit and a business sale and consumption
license.
Since receiving the South Carolina Department of Revenue and Taxation transmittal
concerning the Petition by William L. Willis, our office received a letter by the sole Protestant,
Johnson W. Link, City of Clemson Chief of Police. In that letter, Chief Link stated that he was
withdrawing his protest provided that Mr. Willis stipulates no customers under the age of twenty-one
(21) will be allowed into the location.
This office received a letter dated September 12, 1995, from the Petitioner agreeing to the
above stipulation.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the on-premise beer and wine permit and a mini
bottle sale and consumption license application of William L. Willis, d/b/a/ Mike's, be granted upon
the Petitioner signing a written Agreement with the South Carolina Department of Revenue and
Taxation that no one under the age of twenty-one (21) be allowed into the premises.
