ORDER AND DECISION

In the above captioned matter, by letter dated June 23, 1995, Respondent has advised the Administrative Law Judge Division that the Protestant, Sheriff W. Glenn Campbell of the Darlington County Sheriff's Department, has withdrawn his protest. Sheriff Campbell initially protested the issuance of an on-premises beer and wine permit (AI 102190) to Pearleana D. Taylor, d/b/a Tossie Rollie Lounge. Upon withdrawal of this protest, there is no opposition to the Petitioner's application, therefore, a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Monday, June 26, 1995 is hereby cancelled.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is dismissed and that the Department of Revenue and Taxation continue to process the application of Pearleana D. Taylor for an on-premises beer and wine permit at 1669 Green Street, Darlington, South Carolina.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
