ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court (“ALC” or “Court”) pursuant to
the Request for a Contested Case Hearing filed by Petitioner. On September 12,
2006, Petitioner filed a letter requesting that his request for a contested
case be withdrawn.
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-referenced contested case is hereby DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE.
