The Petitioner notified this Division by letter dated June 11, 2003, that she desired to
withdraw her request for a contested case hearing based on the Respondent’s denial of her request
for a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certification.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE.
