ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court (“ALC” or “Court”) pursuant to
the Request for a Contested Case Hearing filed March 28, 2006. On August 18,
2006, Petitioner filed a letter with the Court indicating his desire to
withdraw his request for a contested case in this matter.
Based
on the foregoing,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-referenced contested case is hereby DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE.
