ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court (“ALC” or “Court”) pursuant to
the Request for a Contested Case Hearing filed by Petitioner on March 24, 2006.
On August 9, 2006, Petitioner filed a letter indicating that this matter has
been resolved and requesting that his request for a contested case be
withdrawn.
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-referenced contested case is hereby DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE.
