ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court)
pursuant to Petitioner’s request for a contested case hearing. On April 5,
2006, both parties to this matter filed a Stipulation of Dismissal with the
Court, which stipulated to the dismissal of this action with prejudice.
Accordingly,

IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed with prejudice.
