ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By
letter filed with the Administrative Law Court on March 31, 2006, Petitioner
indicates that the Respondents in the above referenced enforcement case have
provisionally settled the matter brought by the South Carolina Department of
Consumer Affairs. The Respondents have submitted a proper bond and two money
orders to pay a two hundred dollars ($200.00) administrative fine. The
Respondents have also paid one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) in back filing
fees. The Department requests that this action be dismissed without prejudice,
allowing the Department to reopen the case should the money orders not clear
the bank.
THEREFORE
IT IS ORDERED that the above referenced case is HEREBY DISMISSED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
