ORDERS:

CONSENT ORDER

It appears to the court that the parties, in conjunction with the protestants, have worked out there differences. Therefore it is:

 

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Department renew the alcohol licenses of the Petitioner subject to the following stipulations:

 

1. The licensee agrees to allow no outside entertainment on its licensed premises, with the following exception. On not more that five non-consecutive dates in any calendar year the licensee may have outside entertainment so long as the entertainment ceases not later than 9 PM. Licensee is required to notify Tommy Samaha, 291C Hwy 90 East, Little River, SC  29566, by certified mail at least ten days prior to each occasion.

2. Licensee shall comply with all North Myrtle Beach noise ordinances.
