The above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court (Court)
on August 24, 2004. On June 3, 2005, Petitioner Cox filed a letter with the Court in which he set
forth that he was withdrawing his case. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
