ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS MATTER COMES before me on the motion of the Petitioner, Hilton Head
Regional Medical Center and Clinics, which moves for a voluntary dismissal with prejudice of
the above-captioned contested case pursuant to a settlement agreement between the parties.
Based on good cause shown,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this action, including all claims herein asserted
by all parties, is hereby dismissed and ended with prejudice, with each party to bear its own
attorneys’ fees and costs.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
