By Consent Order dated October 30, 2006, this matter was stayed pending completion of the process of adopting the 2007 Nationwide Permits (NWP). The parties stipulated that this matter would be dismissed with prejudice thereafter. As of this date, these matters have been concluded and this case should be dismissed.
All parties have agreed by email with the Court to dismissal of the case.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
