ORDERS:
ORDER OF REMAND
Respondents
South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (“Department”),
Lowcountry Imaging Associates, LLC (“Lowcountry”), and Meadow Street Property,
LLC (“Meadow Street”) filed a Motion requesting that the Administrative Law
Court remand this matter to the Department with instruction that the Department
void NAD-08-08 pursuant to the request by Lowcountry and Meadow Street as evidenced
by the June 13, 2008 letter from Lowcountry and Meadow Street to the
Department. By letter dated June 17, 2008, Petitioner Walterboro Community
Hospital, Inc., d/b/a Colleton Medical Center informed the Court that it does
not oppose this motion. Accordingly,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be remanded to the Department with the
instruction that the Department void NAD-08-08.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
