ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This Administrative Appeal comes before the court upon the consent of the parties for an
Order to end this case because the case has been settled by the parties pursuant to S. C. Code Ann.
1-23-320 (F), 1986, as amended. The parties have resolved the underlying departmental action
regarding the Petitioner’s sign.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this appeal be dismissed with prejudice and stricken
from the Administrative Law Court docket.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
