ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to the Request
for a Contested Case Hearing filed in this matter on March 9, 2006. Various
continuances were granted in this matter due to the unavailability of witnesses
and to allow for settlement negotiations. The parties to this matter agreed to
a settlement of this matter and entered into a “Consent Order Imposing
Administrative Penalty and Ninety (90) Days Suspension” on February 2, 2007. A
copy of the consent order was filed with the Court on March 13, 2007. Since
the parties have resolved the underlying conflict at issue in this matter, no
contested issues remain before the Court.
Based
on the foregoing,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-referenced contested case is hereby DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
