ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter was originally filed with the Division on May 21, 1996, and was stayed by Order of The Honorable Alison Renee Lee on August 8, 1996, pending a resolution of the Beaufort County Common Pleas action "Frances Braverman and Jerry Eddy v. W.E. Hadwin, Sr., and Hadwin Construction Company," Civil Action No. 96-CP-07-1104. This matter was subsequently assigned to me by Notice of Re-Assignment filed on February 23, 1999. A review of the file revealed that no action has occurred in this matter since Judge Lee’s Order staying the Division’s proceedings pending the outcome of the Circuit Court action.
I held a telephone conference on April 21, 1999, in which the status of this action was discussed. As a result of the telephone conference and finding good cause,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter before the Division is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties are granted leave to re-file this matter with the Division within thirty (30) days of the resolution of the above-referenced Beaufort County Common Pleas action.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
