ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Court, and
involves a request for a contested case hearing by the Respondent. The Department of Revenue
issued a Final Determination, dated September 3, 2003, which found that the Respondent had
violated 23 SC Code Ann. Reg. 7-9 (B), “Permitting the Purchase of Beer by a Person Under
Twenty-One.” By letter dated June 3, 2004, counsel for the Respondent withdrew the request for a
contested case hearing and agreed to the imposition of the administrative fine of $400.00.
Therefore, having no request for a hearing, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice; the Respondent shall remit the fine
to the Department.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
