ORDER OF DISMISSAL
A letter, which is incorporated herein by reference, was filed with the Court on June 28, 1999,
by Elizabeth B. Partlow, Attorney for Respondent Tracy Brock, d/b/a Cedar Knoll Farm, advising
the Court that Mr. Brock does not wish to go forward with the process of obtaining Poultry Farm
Construction Permit #18,457-AG. Attorney Partlow requests that Respondent, South Carolina
Department of Health and Environmental Control, withdraw the permit and that the above matter
be dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the South Carolina Department of Health and
Environmental Control shall withdraw Poultry Facility Construction Permit #18, 457-AG which was
issued to Tracy Brock, d/b/a Cedar Knoll Farm.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
99-ALJ-07-0239-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
