ORDERS:
ORDER FOR VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Petitioner, Milliken & Company ("Milliken") hereby moves, with the consent of the Respondent, South Carolina Department
of Health and Environmental Control ("DHEC"), to voluntarily dismiss, without prejudice, the above-captioned action. It
appears that the parties will be able to resolve this matter without a hearing. DHEC agrees that Milliken may re-instate the
above-captioned action to the Docket within sixty (60) days of entry of this Order.
