ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, Kelly D. H. Lowry, Attorney for Respondent, filed a
Motion to Dismiss on January 22, 1998. Respondent received a writing dated January 14, 1998,
incorporated herein by reference, from Petitioner Jim Keefe stating that he wishes to drop the
appeal. Accordingly, Respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss, which he served on Petitioners Jim
and Kathy Keefe.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed
with prejudice.
