ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On November 24, 1997, Petitioner, Mrs. Plassie Dingle Scott, filed a letter dated November 24, 1997, with the Court stating that she is withdrawing her request for a contested case hearing in the above matter. Ms. Scott's letter is incorporated herein by reference.

On December 12, 1997, a letter was filed with the Court by Petitioner Jacqueline S. Poplin informing the Court that she wishes to withdraw her request for a contested case hearing in the above matter, without prejudice. Ms. Poplin states that the Clarendon County Planning Commission did not grant a variance on the request made by Respondent Katherine Buchko to allow her to put the requested chicken houses on her property. Ms. Poplin's letter is incorporated herein by reference.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number

97-ALJ-07-0591-CC is hereby dismissed without prejudice.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
