ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, a hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, July 29, 1997 at
10:00 a.m. at the Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina. By letter filed
June 23, 1997, Petitioner advised this tribunal that he does not wish to pursue his interests in this
contested case and desires to have this matter dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Tuesday, July 29, 1997
at 10:00 a.m. is hereby canceled and this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that nothing in this Order shall be deemed to preclude the
Petitioner from resubmitting an application for a septic tank permit for the lot identified as Tax
Map # 039-09-00-001, located on Steward Street, Bamberg County, South Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
