ORDERS:
ORDER
NOW COMES the petitioner, Patricia K. Avin, and Representative for Residents of Austin Acres
Subdivision who requests that this matter be dismissed and her petition withdrawn on the grounds
that the issues raised in her petition have been and are now moot because the Department of
Health and Environmental Control has inspected the property and the Respondent has submitted a
Pollution Prevention Plan as requested in the petition.
NOW THEREFORE based upon the foregoing, and with the consent of all parties, this matter is
dismissed requiring no further action by this Administrative Law Judge.
