ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Court received a letter dated March 20, 1996, from Samuel L. Finklea, III, Attorney for
Respondent, requesting that the Court issue an order dismissing the above matter.
Mr. Finklea's request for dismissal is based upon information he received in a letter dated
March 19, 1996, from Michael A. Woodrum, Vice President of Shealy Environmental Services,
Inc., advising that the certification issue in question has been resolved and that Respondent Shealy
Environmental Services, Inc. wishes to withdraw its appeal.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
96-ALJ-07-0111-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
