ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
The parties, having settled the above-referenced action on the following terms:
1. The Petitioner Charlie Cave, Owner, 301 Club, agrees to close out the old system
already in place, and
2. The Petitioner agrees to pay a fine of Nine Hundred ($900.00) Dollars, payable in twelve
monthly installments of Seventy-five ($75.00) Dollars each, due the tenth (10th) day of each
month beginning June 1996, and ending May 1997, checks made payable to South Carolina
Department of Health and Environmental Control, sent to the attention of Marvin Wright,
Bureau of Drinking Water Protection,
AND upon Motion of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and
with the consent of the Petitioner, this matter is hereby settled on the above terms and this action
dismissed without prejudice.
