ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
Comes now the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (Department)
and moves this Court to dismiss without prejudice Administrative Order 96-08-DWP, which is the
basis for the Request for Contested Case Hearing, Docket No. 96-ALJ-07-0064-CC, by the
Petitioner. The grounds for this Motion are that Administrative Order 96-08-DWP is factually
incorrect.
Therefore on Motion of the Department, and with the consent of all parties, this contested case is
dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
