ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Court received a letter dated February 8, 1996, from Leo H. Hill, Attorney for Petitioner in
the above matter, advising that Petitioner wishes to abandon this appeal. It appears that
Petitioner has engaged an engineer to propose an alternative system and that Petitioner intends to
file a new application.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
95-ALJ-07-0786-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
