ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Pursuant to an agreement reached by the parties, it is hereby ordered that this matter is dismissed
with prejudice and forever barred. The scope of the issues dismissed and forever barred by this
order are any and all objections, known or unknown, by the Petitioner, Barney Brewer,
Individually and as President of Ashley Oaks Homeowners Association, to the following DHEC
permits issued to Pulte Home Corporation:
1. Storm Water Management and Sediment Reduction Permit;
2. Sewer Line/Pump Station Permit; and
3. Public Water Supply System Construction Permit.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
