ORDERS:
AMENDED ORDER FOR VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Petitioner, Macalloy Corporation and Respondent, South Carolina Department of Health and
Environmental Control hereby move to request an additional twenty-five (25) days to enter into a
detailed Consent Order regarding the matters before the Administrative Law Judge Division in the
above-referenced action as required by the original Order For Voluntary Dismissal Without
Prejudice. This twenty-five (25) day period shall begin to run on August 15, 1996. Respondent
agrees that Petitioner may reinstate the above-captioned action to the Docket after the
above-referenced twenty-five (25) day period expires. All other terms and conditions of the
orginal Dismissal Order (entered on February 16, 1996) which have not been specifically amended
or modified herein remain in effect.
