ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In this matter, a hearing was scheduled for Thursday, July 20, 1995 at 9:30 a.m. at the
Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina. By letter dated July 17, 1995,
petitioner advised this tribunal that he is not able, due to sudden illness, to pursue his interests in
this contested case and moved to have this matter dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Thursday, July 20, 1995, at
9:30 a.m. is hereby cancelled and this matter is dismissed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that nothing in this Order shall be deemed to preclude the
petitioner from resubmitting an application for a septic tank permit for the lot identified as TMS
# 01-0435-012.05.00, in the City of Lambertown, County of Georgetown, South Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
