ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter was pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division for a hearing on the
request of Stuart A. Gay on the decision issued by the South Carolina Department of Health and
Environmental Control denying Septic Tank Application #19945120001. By letter received in
our office on June 1, 1995, Mr. Gay has withdrawn his request for a hearing and does not believe
the administrative matter should continue. By withdrawing the request, it appears that no further
action is required. It is therefore,
ORDERED, that the above referenced case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
