ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In this matter, a hearing was scheduled for Friday, June 30, 1995 at 10:00 a.m. at the
Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina. By letter dated June 26, 1995,
Petitioner advised this tribunal that she does not "wish to pursue" her interests in this contested
case and desires to have this matter dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Friday, June 30, 1995, at 10:00
a.m. is hereby canceled and this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that nothing in this Order shall be deemed to preclude the
petitioner from resubmitting an application for a septic tank permit for the lot identified as TMS
#4391360159, Folly Beach, South Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
