ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It appears
to the satisfaction of the undersigned that the parties have reached a settlement agreement regarding
the issues in the above-captioned matter. Therefore, it is hereby
