ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
Respondent Lovett applied for and was granted SCDHEC Construction Permit
#17.782-AG for a swine facility in Dillon County, South Carolina. Petitioners objected to the
permit which led to the initiation of the present Contested Case.
The parties have subsequently agreed to modifications of the permit and have agreed to a
dismissal of the action.
THEREFORE, upon the motion of Respondent SCDHEC, by and with the consent of the
Respondent Lovett and the Petitioners, this Contested Case is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
