ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter came before the Administrative Law Judge
Division for a hearing on the request of Clinton Metts for
a hearing on the decision by DHEC Staff to issue a Water
Pollution Control Permit to the Brickel Egg Farm. By letter
dated August 10, 1994, received September 8, 1994, Mr. Metts has
withdrawn his request for a hearing. By withdrawing
the request, it appears that no further action is required. It
is therefore,
ORDERED, that the above referenced matter is DISMISSED.
