ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By
a Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice submitted on November 14, 2006, the
parties to the above-captioned matter informed this Court that, as a result of
proceedings before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and a Settlement
Agreement reached by the parties, they have resolved this matter and wish to
have this case dismissed with prejudice. Therefore, as it appears that this
matter has been resolved and there are no justiciable issues remaining in
controversy,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that the conference scheduled in this matter for
Wednesday, November 15, 2006, is CANCELED, and the above-captioned case is DISMISSED with prejudice.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
