ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Court. By letter dated
June 8, 2004, the Court was notified by David B. Summer, Jr., attorney for Petitioner, that a decision
has now been issued by the hearing officer in this matter, and that Petitioner hereby withdraws her
Petition for a Writ of Mandamus. There being no further controversy,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and the hearing
which was scheduled for Thursday, June 10, 2004, at 1:00 p.m. has been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
