ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By a letter dated May 10, 2004, Respondent Charleston County Assessor informed this
tribunal that the parties to the above-captioned matter had reached an amicable settlement of this
case. Accordingly, Respondent requested that the hearing scheduled for June 3, 2004, be canceled
and that this matter be dismissed. Therefore, because there are no justiciable issues remaining in
controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing of the above-captioned matter scheduled for
June 3, 2004, is CANCELED and this matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
