ORDERS:
ORDER OF CONSOLIDATION
These matters are currently pending before the South Carolina Law Judge Division. On May 31, 2002, the Respondent filed
a Motion for Consolidation in the two cases. The Petitioners did not respond to the Motion. It appearing that the facts,
circumstances, and issues are common to the cases, that the Petitioners are sisters, and that the two parcels of property are
contiguous, it is hereby ORDERED that these matters are consolidated into one contested case.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the caption in this matter will read "Hattie M. Loynes and Ruth A. Ladson vs. South
Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control," and shall bear the Docket No. 02-ALJ-07-0185-CC.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
