ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division (ALJD). On April 17, 2002, DHEC provided notice to
the ALJD of a letter dated April 9, 2002 received by DHEC from Petitioner, Elsie S. Adams. The Petitioner's letter states
she is withdrawing her request for a contested case hearing. Copies of the notice from DHEC and the letter from the
Petitioner are attached and made a part of this Order.
Therefore, no controversy remaining for decision, this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
