ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulation is set for Thursday, July 22, 2004, at 9:30 a.m.
The Court was advised by letter dated May 17, 2004, from Susan Duncan, Legislative Coordinator
for the South Carolina Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation, that the Building Codes
Council regulation should not have been filed as a Notice of Drafting, therefore the hearing in this
matter will not be necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Thursday, July 22, 2004,
at 9:30 a.m. is canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 04-ALJ-11-0139-RH is hereby dismissed.
