ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By letter dated June 20, 2001, Petitioner notified this tribunal that the Department and the Authority
have reached a settlement. As a result, Petitioner wishes to withdraw its request for a contested case
hearing. Therefore, since there are no justiciable issues remaining in controversy, IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for June 25-29, 2001 is canceled. IT IS FURTHER
ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
