ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On July 5, 2000, the Court was notified
that the Petitioner "has decided to voluntarily discontinue the pursuit of his appeal, and the parties to the above-entitled
action have agreed to stipulate to the dismissal of said matter". The endorsement of this stipulation by the respective
parties' representatives is shown by the attached letter dated July 5, 2000, and made a part of the Order of Dismissal.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and the scheduled hearings have been
canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
