ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulation is set for January 11, 2000, at 3:00 p.m. The Court was advised by letter dated
December 28, 1999, from Misty S. Goldstein, Legislative Liaison for the South Carolina Department of Labor Licensing and
Regulation, that the Board of Funeral Service did not receive any requests for a hearing on the proposed regulations in the
above matter and that the hearing will not be necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for January 11, 2000, at 3:00 p.m. is canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 99-ALJ-11-0559-RH is hereby
dismissed.
