ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulation is set for January 25, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. Ronald W. Urban, Chief Counsel for
Revenue Litigation at the South Carolina Department of Revenue, advised the Administrative Law Judge Division by letter
dated January 12, 2000, that it received no request for a public hearing on Proposed Regulation 117-8 and therefore the
hearing scheduled for January 25, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. is not necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for January 25, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. is cancelled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
99-ALJ-17-0523-RH is hereby dismissed.
