ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulations is set for September 8, 1998, at 9:00 a.m. The
Court was advised by letter dated July 21, 1998, from C. Leslie Bomar, Legislative Liaison, that the
South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, Office of Occupational Safety and
Health Administration has decided not to publish the proposed regulations concerning interior
structural firefighting in the July issue of the State Register and that the hearing will not be
necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for September 8, 1998, at 9:00
a.m. is cancelled and that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 98-ALJ-11-0361-RH,
is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
