ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter was pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") upon
the request of The South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, State Board of
Medical Examiners ("Proponent"), for a public hearing pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110(3)
(Supp. 1997) on Interpretive Regulations to clarify S.C. Code § 40-47-40.
On April 29, 1998, Proponent filed a request to withdraw its request for a hearing before the
Division, so that a meeting with interested parties may take place in an effort to adopt compromising
language.
IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 1998 at 9:00 a.m. is
CANCELED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
