ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter came before me on the request of the South Carolina Department of Revenue, for a
public hearing on Proposed Regulation, 7-91. The South Carolina Department of Revenue
published the drafting notice of regulations in the South Carolina State Register, on November 28,
1997.
By Order dated November 3, 1997, a public hearing on the proposed regulations was scheduled for
January 21, 1998, at the Administrative Law Judge Division. The South Carolina Department of
Revenue, advises that no oral or written comments or requests were received and the South Carolina
Department of Revenue, therefore requests that the hearing scheduled for January 21, 1998, be
cancelled. No hearing is required unless requested by 25 persons, a governmental subdivision or
agency, or an association having not less than 25 members. S. C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110 (Supp.
1996).
For the foregoing reason, it is ORDERED that the above captioned case be and hereby is dismissed
and the hearing scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 1998, is cancelled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
