ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulation is set for August 12, 1997, at 9:00 a.m. The
Court was advised by letter dated August 4, 1997, from Leslie Bomar, Legislative Liaison for the
South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, that the State Board of Dentistry
did not receive any requests for a hearing on the proposed regulation in the above matter and that
the hearing will not be necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for August 12, 1997, at
9:00 a.m. is cancelled and that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-11-0236-RH, is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
